Assurant Contracting

Assurant Health individual major medical products are currently available in all states except the following:

HI / MA / ME / NJ / NY / RI / VT / WA

If you reside in one of the 8 states above contact us to discuss how you can easily and electronically obtain non-resident licensing in one or more of the 42 states where Assurant is approved in a matter of minutes.  Remember, one of the great things about the way we conduct our business is we can work anywhere in the United States we choose and never drive anywhere!

The first thing you must do in the Assurant contracting process is calculate your Assurant appointment fees.    Some states require a nominal appointment fee while other states have no fee at all!!!  You must submit a copy of your insurance license for any state you wish to be appointed in!

After you have calculated the total of your Assurant appointment fees return to this page.  Then click the PayPal "Make A Payment" button below.  Once on the PayPal site be sure to fill in the correct amount for the total sum of your Assurant appointment fees PLUS $429.00 which includes your first 15 leads and your one time set up and training fee as earlier described in The Opportunity section of this website. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service.

IMPORTANT:  It typically takes about 2 weeks to get your Assurant agent number.  The 2 week process begins when your contracting is submitted by us.  Your contracting will not be submitted until your appointment fees and initial lead and setup fee is paid.  Paypal will send you an email receipt.  Be sure to forward your email receipt to recruiting@policyshopper.com.  IMPORTANT:  Please be sure to include your phone number along with the forwarded receipt.

IMPORTANT:  Only fill out those portions of the contract that pertain to "individual agent", "assignor" or similar language.  We will fill out those portions pertaining to "GA", "MGA" or "assignee" after you have completed your portion and sent it back to us..  You will receive a hard copy of the completed contract via regular mail.
